Return & Repair Policy

In order for products to be permitted to be returned for repair, replacement, or refund, the following steps must be taken:


  • Contact our Technical Support via

    E-mail: analyticsupport@analyticsystems.com

  • Obtain a 5 digit RMA # from Technical Support. This number should be included with the item before shipping it out to us. So for example, the number would look like this: RMA12345.
  • If the item is being returned for repair, please include a detailed description of the nature or symptoms of the problem along with the RMA #.
  • If the product is being returned from outside Canada, the package MUST BE clearly marked 'Canadian Made Goods Being Returned.'
