The
610, 615, 1000 and 1015 series Voltage Converters (VTC),
Power Supplies (PWS) and Battery Chargers (BCA and BCD)
are all available in a rack mount configuration. The
19" rack-mount case is 2U (3.5 inches) high and
11.8 inches deep and is either convection or fan cooled
(depending on model). The rack-mount case includes the
same audible and visual alarms as our standard models,
and also includes the digital volt-ammeter as standard.
All electrical specifications are the same as for the
wall mount version of each product, and any model number
available as a wall mount is also available in rack
mount.
The
rack mount case is made of rugged marine grade aluminum
finished in tough powder epoxy and features all stainless
steel fasteners.
An
option for any rack-mount model is Battery Backup.
Any size battery can be connected to the unit, and
with the 'Instant On' circuit, the battery is instantly
connected to the load the moment the output from the
power supply or converter dips below the battery voltage.
A 1-amp trickle charger is included to recharge the
battery and to keep it topped up during normal operation.
