Jim Hargrove P.Eng founded ComNav Marine in 1983 and grew it into the largest North American manufacturer of Marine Autopilots. In 1993 he took over the controlling interest of Analytic Systems Ware and has grown the company into sales of almost $10 million dollars per year.

Darlene Hargrove is a principal owner of Analytic Systems and manages human resources and payroll.

Paul Bowler has over 25 years of experience as a Vice President of Operations. He has contributed to building a number of notable high technology manufacturing companies in BC.

Bill Walker brings 30 years of international sales and marketing experience in military, industrial and high technology markets.

Eugen Trandafir is a graduate of the Technical University of Cluj (former Polytechnic Institute), Romania specializing in Electronics Telecommunications. He is the co-author of 2 US patents and has experience in all aspects of product development from concepts to manufacturing and testing. He previously worked at Xantrex, Cellex Power (now Plug Power), Angstrom and Tekion. He is also involved in volunteering for IEEE, now Past Chair of the Vancouver Section.

Eugen Demian is a graduate of the University "Politehnica" Traian Vuia, Timisoara, Romania and has extensive experience in providing high quality products to well established companies. Promoter of lean manufacturing principles, he leads a highly skilled team of professionals into the optimization and customization of existing products, new product integration and first article inspection, plus customer support.

Gheorghe Branzea has been with Analytic Systems for more than 11 years and has applied his technical and organizational skills to a highly lean manufacturing environment.

Sorin Rotaru has over 20 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer in Europe, US and Canada in a wide range of fields such as the tool and die manufacturing industry, military weapons industry, and machining.

Ken McArdle is an experienced sales executive who brings more than 20 years of expertise in sales and marketing to Analytic Systems. He has expanded the Canadian industrial, commercial and military markets.

Bruce is responsible for increasing our share of the US Commercial & Industrial markets, including the US Navy and Coast Guard. He brings over 18 years of technical sales and worldwide channel management experience to his role building partnerships with our sales channels and OEM customers. He holds a BA degree in Business Administration.

Janet Herbert is a CGA and comes to Analytic Systems with over 21 years of experience in the steel distribution industry in various finance roles.
