Most of the products manufactured by Analytic Systems can be adapted for military use (Commercial Off The Shelf). We provide four different levels of ruggedization; most often, a product in military use is equipped with extra-wide temperature range components to allow for operation from -40 degrees C to +55 degreesC. C.O.T.S. products are built to meet water tightness MIL-PRF 44485 and EMC radiated and conducted emissions MIL-STD 461E. All C.O.T.S. products are manufactured in accordance with IPC-A-610.

MIL-STD BATTERY CHARGERS
AC Battery Chargers BCA 650-MS
bca650ms The BCA650 Battery Charger operates from any 110 Volt AC source. It meets MIL-PRF-44485 for vibration and MIL-461E for both radiated and conducted noise and can withstand rainfall at 4 inches per hour. It produces 26 charging volts DC and 24 amps continuous at up to 50 degrees C, and has a peak current of 45 charging amps.
LIAC 600-MS
liac600The LIAC600 is a COTS Charger designed to recharge the SAFT Lithium-Ion Battery (LBB) used by the US Armed Forces. It can also be used in Bypass Mode as a Stand-Alone power supply. It delivers 32.0 VDC at up to 22 amps continuous to quickly recharge batteries. The output charges to 28 VDC at up to 22 amps when operating in Bypass Mode.

bca1510 The BCA1510 Battery Charger provides up to 700 watts to charge a 12, 24 or 24 Volt battery system (1 bank) from a 110 or 220VAC source. This all-new single board design incorporates state of the art switchmode technology for unmatched efficiency and ultra-quiet operation. This unit is also encased in a water-tight chassis.
DC/DC Battery Chargers LIDC 600-MS
lidc600 The LIDC600 COTS DC/DC Battery Charger is designed for recharging the SAFT Lithium Ion Battery (LBB) used by the US Armed forces from a 24V DC source such as a HumVee, and is controlled using industry standard interface circuitry. It can also be used in Bypass Mode as a Stand-Alone DC-DC voltage converter. It is designed to deliver 32.0 VDC at up to 22 amps continuous to recharge the battery.
MBU Battery Pack
mvu Field Battery Pack with Integrated Charger: Developed for the MBU field kitchen cook stove that the Proheat division of Teleflex builds for the US army. This battery pack contains 2 40 amp-hour VRLA batteries from Hawker Energy as well as an integrated multi-stage charger tailored to the requirements of these batteries. The charger is powered from any convenient source of 24 VDC such as the auxiliary power outlet on a standard military HumVee.

The PWS310-MS Series of COTS power supplies provide 12, 24, 28 or 48
Volts DC at up to 300 Watts of continuous power from a 110 or 220 Volt
AC source.
The updated single-board PWS310 is ultra-quiet and features the latest generation of current mode PWM control. Either 110 or 220 VAC input is available (field switchable). The PWS310 also features a four contact output terminal (two positive and two negative contacts) for easy connection of devices to the supply.

Volt AC source.
The newly updated single-board PWS610 is ultra-quiet and features the latest generation of current mode PWM control. Either 110 or 220 VAC input (Field Convertible) is available. The PWS610 also features a four contact output terminal (two positive and two negative contacts) for easy connection of devices to the supply.

26V military electrical system from a 110 and/or 220VAC source
(autoranging). This design features a unique rainproof chassis that easily
meets the MIL-STD 810D vibration standard.

This unit can also be built in a Full Battery Charger version with 2-Stage charging profile designed for Military Lead Acid battery systems (Lithium- Ion available by special order).

The IPS2000-MS is a 'Pure Sine Wave' Inverter comes in versions available to operate from a 24V, 28V, or 32 volt battery system. These inverters were designed specifically for running computers and other electronics in rugged mobile and other off-grid locations.

Two standard AC receptacles or a variety of customized MIL-SPEC Connectors provide for easy connection. The IPS2000 series of inverters carry a standard three-year warranty with an added 2 year extension available.

MIL-STD VOLTAGE CONVERTERS

The VTC120 Series Voltage Converter is a variable duty cycle switching power supply with a precision linear regulator output (except for the VTC120nr-12-24). This model is common negative.

Applications include running 24V PLC controls or electronic equipment from a 12 Volt battery system, or any other application requiring 24 VDC when only 12 VDC is available.

The VTC180 Series of voltage converters are variable duty cycle switching power supplies. They can be configured to run from a 32V, 36V, 48V or 72 VDC power systems to provide output voltages as shown below.

The VTC180 Series Voltage Converter features reverse input protection, current limiting, output over-voltage protection, ultra quiet low EMI operation and a wide operating temperature range.
